Acceptance of Terms

Linkly(“linkly.digital” or the “Service”) is an SEO service & link building productivity tool that allows you to manage link-building activities.

As a customer of the Service or a representative of an entity that’s a customer of the Service, you’re a “Member” according to this agreement (or “you”).

By using the site in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Services, Linky Privacy Policies, and Acceptable Use Policies, as well as those of all payment processors and gateways Linkly uses. Regardless of the reason for using Linkly services, you are solely responsible for abiding by all applicable laws in all of your actions.

Privacy and Communications

You acknowledge and agree that Linkly may occasionally send you communications regarding your account or the Service via email or any other source as you provide us.

Accounts, Passwords & Security

You must be a registered user to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your user name.

Membership restrictions

Linkly may not be used in association with any product, service, deal, or activity that:

Violates any rule or regulation of the government, or allows others to promote or support such behavior.
Violates the terms and conditions of any electronic funds transfer network, including China UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
Threatens to harm our or any potential partner electronic money transfer network's reputation.
Generates a considerable risk of chargebacks, fines, damages, or other liabilities.

Appropriate Backlink Trade

In order to trade backlinks through the platform, customers or other users agreed to:

Send original content and follow all content guidelines given by the link publisher ( For guest blog only).
Content should deliver value to the publisher's audience.
Deliver what you promise, in time.
All Links given should be permanent.
Link should be on the right Anchor text as decided.

Limitation of Liability

Linkly shall have no responsibility to control the data that Customers or other users make available through the Site, and Linkly shall have no responsibility for the truthfulness or accuracy of any content posted on its Site. Any risk relating to the published content is assumed by the customer. When publishing anything on the Site, the Customer liberates the Company of any responsibility.
We take utmost precautions in securing user’s data as per our privacy policy and deploy security practicies as deem fit. However, any communication or information transmitted on or through the site, services, or any website linked to the site is not guaranteed to be confidential or secure by the company. Any information or material that is stored on the business's equipment, transferred over networks that the site can access, or otherwise associated with a customer's usage of the services will not be subject to any liability by the company for privacy.
The customer services are offered "as is" and without any warranties of any sort. Customer takes all risk and liability with regard to the consequences of using the services, including without limitation the results of any advertising campaign, for which the company makes no guarantees. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to customers.
All information given on our websites should only be used for informational purposes. This platform's information as well as the pages within it are not intended to provide specific legal, financial, tax, or other advice for any person or business and should not be depended upon in that regard. Only in places where it is legal to do so are the services mentioned on this website provided. Exclusive Access

By registering to Linkly, you agree that you will not be offering your site on any other backlink marketplace or backlink creation tool, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by us.

The registration of your site on Linkly is exclusive and you should not register your site on any other tool for backlink creation, link giving, link exchange or any other other type of link building activities. Not abiding by this can lead to asking for monetary repayment by us, the extent to which can be decided solely by Linkly at our discretion.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time. You also have the option of canceling your account at any time as decided on the visible terms at the time of payment.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds in any case. Most of the refunds will be done on a case by cases basis as per our discretion. No other user or third party can influence that. We might issue a refund if we terminate our Services to you without cause before the end of duration for which you have paid. There is no other circumstance in which you will be entitled to a refund from us. We do not provide refunds if your account is suspended because of violation of our Anti – Spam Policy, Terms of Service or any other malicious activities done to harm the site’s visitors. We do not refund if it turns out that you’re creating (or going to send) backlinks and spamming users without their permission.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in other situations subject to any member seeking such refund applying for the refund in accordance with the requirements we post on the website, which may be changed from time to time.

If in any case, we allow a refund, we deduct the Stripe fee from the refund amount. This is because Stripe does not return the fee to us, so we need to subtract it before processing the refund.

Subscribers

Subscribers will get access to one or more tools, services & database as per the payment option subscribed to.

Conditions

We may modify or terminate our services at anytime, for any reason, and without notice. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the information presented on individual pages shall prevail. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Please review these Terms of Service on occasion as they may change in the future. We may, but have no obligation to, remove accounts and content containing what we determine as unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable material or is harmful to the business in any way as we deem fit. We will remove content that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

Linkly claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. You acknowledge that Linkly owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, and such rights are protected by international intellectual property laws. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.
